Customizable transport cards

1. The NAMANE card is a Korean card service provided by KB Kookmin Bank. Upon arrival in Korea, please pick up your card at a nearby self-service kiosk.

 

2. After purchasing the voucher (QR code), scan the QR code during the purchase process at the self-service machine to obtain the physical card.

4. After registering on the NAMANE app, each account can register up to 4 cards.

6. For the app services to run smoothly, your phone model must have NFC functionality. Downloading and using the NAMANE app may be restricted on phones without NFC functionality (such as some Xiaomi phones).

 

7. iOS 13.4/Android Oreo 8.0 (API 26) or later is required to download and use the NAMANE app.

For any technical issues encountered while using the NAMANE kiosk (printing problems, QR code scanning issues, etc.), please contact NAMANE card customer service via chat or scan the customer center QR code on the kiosk screen. When contacting NAMANE customer service, please inform them that you purchased the card on Trip.com, the kiosk location, and the time the issue occurred. Do not exit the chat screen as it will terminate your session.
