Our tour guide, Ms. Chen, was incredibly dedicated and responsible. She patiently helped us take photos, provided everyone with a headset, and offered professional and comprehensive explanations! She even remembered our names, making the trip feel even more welcoming. The itinerary was well-planned and fulfilling, with no hidden fees, no shopping stops, no half-hearted activities, and virtually no queues. We managed to visit West Lake and Lingyin Temple/Feilai Peak Scenic Area in one day, and with her professional guide, it was definitely worth the trip. Ms. Chen added us on WeChat a day in advance to book transportation, and promptly took us to the meeting point at 8:00 AM the next morning. Lunch, although a vegetarian buffet, included over eighty dishes, and it was all delicious. Each person was given a bottle of water on the shuttle bus. The Song Dynasty tea ceremony and fan-based activities were very interesting. We could take the fans home, and we also sampled West Lake Longjing tea and snacks, which were quite delicious and provided a good rest. Finally, the tour didn't end abruptly. Ms. Chen gave each of us a map to our destination and even led us to the bus station, watching us board before leaving. This was my first time joining a group tour on Ctrip, and it turned out to be surprisingly good!

I had arranged a boat tour of West Lake with tour guide Junjun. Although it was my second time visiting West Lake, I wasn't familiar with the route. Junjun shared her location with me, and I found her. She led us on the tour, explaining things to us along the way, and I learned a lot. I was very happy to see West Lake in the rain and in the mist; it was definitely worth the trip. The children also enjoyed the boat ride, gently gliding under bridges and seeing Leifeng Pagoda in the distance. When it rained, we lowered the barriers, listened to the rain, and sipped tea—it was incredibly pleasant. After disembarking, Junjun showed me several more scenic spots on West Lake and bought me many beautiful photos. Thank you, Junjun, for taking such wonderful pictures!

Exceeded expectations! I initially thought it would be just a formality. The instructor was incredibly patient and dedicated, ensuring the children had a fantastic time. We booked the experience for two children, but the instructor even let us adults experience it too, thoughtfully providing extra hats to prevent sunburn. They also professionally took photos for us. From frying the tea to tasting and preparing it, every step was handled with care, making it feel more like a family visit. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering this experience.
