I booked the tour online through Trip.com, and Maggie contacted me within an hour to confirm the tour details. Maggie was particularly helpful and accommodating, as we wanted to tailor and add Mount Muztagh Glacier to our itinerary. We received our driver's information the night before our day tour – providing peace of mind. On the day, Mr. Jiao, our guide, was hospitable and attentive to customers. He has excellent knowledge and was attentive throughout. When we set off, he bought drinking water early in the morning. When we arrived at Mount Muztagh with high alpity, he went to buy an oxygen tank again. When we had some mild high-altition, he carefully slowed down the car. We were very satisfied with the whole tour. Mr. Jiao was warm and hospitable, and very attentive to his customers. He was very knowledgeable and considerate of everything along the way. He bought drinking water for us well in advance. When we experienced altitude sickness at Muztagh Ata, he bought oxygen cylinders. He carefully reminded us when we had mild altitude sickness and slowed down the car; he's a very thoughtful person. We were very satisfied with the entire trip, including the journey through Baisha Mountain, Muztagh Ata, and the Pamir Plateau 👍🏼, and it was full of laughter. 😊

Driver contacted me one day before to confirm the pick up time, he even reached our hotel earlier & informed me his location as he leave home earlier to avoid jam. The experience on his ride is very good as he drive very carefully & steady, smooth journey for us as a premium trip for us. We were giving free cold drinking water as he knew we must felt hot after the visit of Safari World, very thoughtful driver. 5 stars rated for him!

Guide Yang is an outstanding tour guide whose service elevated our travel experience to a whole new level. He is not only knowledgeable and provides engaging explanations, but also incredibly thoughtful and considerate. Throughout the trip, he constantly paid attention to everyone's needs, proactively helping with photos and finding the best angles, creating many wonderful memories. His care for the elderly and children was particularly meticulous, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment during the journey. His lively and engaging explanations, incorporating historical stories and local culture, made the attractions more vivid and meaningful. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of pace and relaxation, allowing us to visit all the attractions in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. He was also very good at interacting with tourists, patiently answering all kinds of questions, so we not only learned something new but also felt warmth and care during the trip.
