I traveled using a Eurail pass. It was cheaper than other sites, including points redemption, so I used it. I recommend it if you travel long distances a lot. I'll definitely consider it for my next trip to Europe.★

Chris, our skipper, was very entertaining and provided us with lots of interesting information about the Speicherstadt (warehouse district), the Elbphilharmonie (Elbe Philharmonic Hall), and all the sights up to the freight port. The only downside was that the engine was so loud that it was often difficult to hear the announcements on the small deck at the stern. Nevertheless, a thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended tour.★

A super friendly bus driver and a "living" guide on board who introduced us to Hamburg in a very competent way. We first took a complete bus tour and then went back for another ride to get off at the sightseeing points. All in all, a great opportunity to get to know a city.
