Highlights
1. The temperature in Tromsø is very low in winter, and this activity takes most of the time on the boat. It is strongly recommended that you wear windproof and waterproof warm clothes, boots, wool socks, gloves, hats and other cold-proof clothing. If you may get seasick, please bring seasickness medicine and take it 30 minutes before the activity starts!
2. Please carry your personal belongings and valuables with you. If you lose them, you will be responsible for the risk. Please be safe when watching whales!
3. This activity depends largely on weather conditions. Please confirm with us one day before your trip whether you can travel normally the next day.
4. As the cruise is subject to navigation rules, we reserve the right to assess whether the river is navigable. The cruise may be cancelled or modified at any time (particularly the Boarding Location) from the date of booking, including at the time of departure or during the cruise, when the current rules apply or when adverse weather or any other reason that may endanger the safety of the transported persons. We also reserve the right to cancel the entire service, which may be temporarily cancelled or modified due to weather, force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, cultural events, administrative decisions, abnormal closures or any other reasons beyond its control, without any additional compensation liability and will not be responsible for any indirect or incidental damages that may result from such cancellation.
