You must read the description in order to locate the Ticketing counter. I found the counter, a lady scanned my trip voucher, got us a welcome drink then led us to the riverside where she bought the tickets for us to board the boat. It is true that there are quite a few online ticketing counters, be sure how to get to the spot to redeem your ticket. All goodβ

HαΊu, our guide and owner was amazing! She was right on time for pick up, clear on communication leading up to the day of our ride. It was me, my husband and our 6 year old. HIGHLY recommend this for all ages. We went through beautiful rice paddies, jungle and farms. They cooked a ton of delicious dishes from their farm and garden. We canβt wait to come back and do it again when our daughter is older and she can drive herself!! Thank you Hau!!ξ₯
