This itinerary includes pick-up and drop-off service at selected hotels in Port Douglas city area. Please choose your pick-up hotel when placing the order.

If the pick-up & drop-off area or hotel list is exceeded, the supplier can arrange for the nearest available hotel within the designated area. For details, please refer to the e-ticket.

• Recommended items to bring:
• Swimwear/swim trunks and a shirt/sun protection clothing. It is not recommended to wear bikinis or swimsuits as outerwear. There is no changing room by the river, so please wear your swimwear under your clothes.
• Towels and comfortable footwear, flip-flops or sandals are acceptable, and diving boots (water shoes) are provided.
• You may bring GoPro, waterproof cameras, or waterproof phone pouches at your own risk. We strongly recommend using wrist straps and advise against bringing phones. We encourage putting phones away for an immersive experience.
• Please do not bring valuables, including any removable loose jewelry and rings.
• Any items not used for swimming will be left in the operator's vehicle at your own risk.
• Temperature Notice: Water temperature ranges between 16-22°C (61-72°F) year-round, with additional thermal suits and gloves provided in winter.
• Activity photos: During the itinerary, the guide will take photos (subject to daily conditions, not guaranteed). Tour photos will be posted on the operator's Facebook page (Back Country Bliss Adventures), please download them yourself if needed.
