Reviews: Bangkok Safari World one-day tour[Private Transfer/Optional Meals Included]

✅I suddenly changed my mind the day before and wanted to go to the zoo. Booking the tour through Trip.com was very quick and convenient, and they even had a special offer – fantastic! ✅Pick-up from the designated hotel at 10 am. The driver was already waiting in the hotel lobby, very thoughtful. ✅We traveled with two adults and one child in an MG 5-seater van – spacious, clean, comfortable, and with fresh air! ✅Bangkok has a lot of traffic, but the driver was very skilled, ensuring a safe and smooth ride. ✅At the zoo, the driver helped us exchange our tickets, allowing us to drive directly into the wildlife area – very convenient and exciting! ✅The driver was very considerate, providing basic information about the animals in simple Chinese, helping to find them, and parking in appropriate spots so the child could observe and take photos – very thoughtful. ✅Inside the wildlife area, the most abundant animals were various birds, but since I'm not a big bird fan, the driver sped up the tour to allow enough time for the rest of the zoo visit. ✅ Before entering the zoo, the driver and I exchanged WhatsApp contact information and she reminded us to try to leave the zoo before 2:30 PM to avoid getting stuck in Bangkok's traffic hell and exceeding the chartered car time by 6 hours, which would incur overtime fees and waste time on our evening itinerary. ❌ The zoo was very hot, and bags were checked upon entry. There were tour groups and school activity groups, so it was very crowded and a bit chaotic at the entrance. ❌ At the zoo entrance, there were no clear signs indicating where to get a paper park map, nor were there clear animal show schedules or a general list of animal feeding prices. You only find out how much it costs to feed each animal after entering the park. ❌ Due to our itinerary, we couldn't see every area of the zoo and could only visit and interact with the key attractions. "Feeding the giraffes" is a classic activity, but for first-time zoo visitors, some signs weren't very clear, so it took some time to find the exact location. ❌Many animal interaction activities within the park require additional fees; prices can only be found by inquiring at the on-site ticket booth. ❌Each animal interaction activity requires an extra charge. For example, the "feeding tiger cubs" activity is extremely short (almost less than a minute), ending after a photo session, yet it's not cheap. ❌There are few water spray cooling devices and areas where you can sit and rest in the zoo. ❌The intervals between animal shows are quite long; due to our itinerary, we only saw the dolphin show before leaving. ✅The driver kindly picked us up at the exit and took us back to the hotel smoothly. Although there was traffic, it wasn't too bad, just as the driver had predicted, and we were able to get back to the hotel on time. ✅We told the driver we wanted to get off at Terminal 21, and we were very grateful that she turned back and took us there.
Reviews: Bangkok Safari World One-Day Tour with Transfer Service

We booked a day trip to the zoo the day before. A staff member created a group chat so we could ask questions and get prompt answers. The driver, a local Thai, picked us up early the next morning. He was very nice and explained how to explore the zoo, including parking at photo spots. He was very attentive to the elderly. The zoo offers wheelchair rentals for 700 baht per day, which is great for people with mobility issues. The zoo has separate wildlife areas, and you can drive there. We watched a marine animal show, which was excellent despite our limited time; we saw everything we wanted to see. It was a very good experience.

Driver contacted me one day before to confirm the pick up time, he even reached our hotel earlier & informed me his location as he leave home earlier to avoid jam. The experience on his ride is very good as he drive very carefully & steady, smooth journey for us as a premium trip for us. We were giving free cold drinking water as he knew we must felt hot after the visit of Safari World, very thoughtful driver. 5 stars rated for him!
Reviews: [Private Transfer] Safari Park Kanchanaburi + RIVER KWAI BRIDGE + Death Railway day tour|Private tour
Guest User2025-12-22
If you are looking for a day trip from Bangkok that offers more than just shopping and temples, this Kanchanaburi itinerary is an absolute must-do. It was the highlight of my Bangkok trip! The day started with a bang at the famous bridge. It's a beautiful spot for a stroll. Standing on such a significant piece of World War II history while looking out over the peaceful river was the perfect way. Then, walking along the historic wooden viaducts of the Death Railway was a surreal experience. The railway hugs the side of a cliff with the beautiful River Kwai flowing directly below. Watching the train slowly pass over the vintage tracks is a moment I won't soon forget. It's a powerful mix of stunning natural scenery and sobering history. Finally, the highlight was definitely the Giraffe Encounter at Safari Park. Getting to feed these gentle giants from the bus-or opting for the private Jeep photoshoot-was incredible. The giraffes are so friendly and hungry! It's an interactive experience.
Reviews: Private Car Tour Departing from Bangkok: Sanctuary of Truth + Seven Gems Mountain (Wat Khao Chi Chan) + Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden + Tutu Beach
Guest User2025-11-19
My favorite part of the tour was the Sanctuary of Truth. Kudos to Pamela, our Filipino guide, who explained the history and meaning behind the carvings beautifully. We were amazed, but with the 1.5-hour tour, we didn’t have time to take our own photos before rushing to the next stop. At Nong Nooch Garden, it was extremely hot, and although lunch was included, the food wasn’t good—I even found a vegetable worm in my salad and the staff didn’t react. We watched a show, but the driver told us to leave before exploring. The elephant show also made me feel sad. The garden tour felt more for kids. At Buddha Mountain we only had 5–10 minutes, and at Tutu Beach we had to buy food just to sit. The worst part was the unexpected 400 THB “OT” fee, never mentioned beforehand. Everything felt rushed because the driver wanted to finish by 5 PM. It defeated the purpose of booking a private car. Beautiful places, but overall rushed, stressful, and not worth the extra cost.
Reviews: Kanchanaburi The Bridge Over The River Kwai One Day Tour(English-Speaking Guide)
Guest User2025-10-24
The Kwai River Bridge is very shocking, with traces of history. Listening to the stories told by the tour guide, I really admire the completion of the railway at that time. I experienced the Death Railway train and had a good meal at the nearby scenic restaurant.
