How to use

① Experience time: (Specific opening hours are subject to weather conditions on the day)

② Experience Location: Xiapu Niuyu Tidal Flat Fishing Experience Center (specific location and contact details will be provided by staff after booking)

After booking, a staff member will contact you by phone before 20:00 on the day prior to your experience (extended to 22:00 during holidays) to confirm your itinerary, send location details, and provide contact information for on-site staff. Please ensure your provided phone number remains reachable.

4. If you have any travel-related inquiries, please contact our online customer support or call the customer service hotline.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 15% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 18:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

Customers should make their own way to the designated meeting point. Since the activity involves entering the water, please wear Crocs or flat shoes, and avoid long pants or skirts. It's recommended to bring a set of dry clothes for children to change into. After the beachcombing activity, you may leave on your own.
