A stellar excursion on a beautiful day. Everything about this experience was top notch. We were greeted in the lot upon arrival and warmly welcomed by the crew once boarding the boat. Capt Augustine and mate Josh were knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and helpful. The vessel is a gorgeous boat that was a delight to be aboard. Views are stunning throughout the whole trip. I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.★

Driver contacted me one day before to confirm the pick up time, he even reached our hotel earlier & informed me his location as he leave home earlier to avoid jam. The experience on his ride is very good as he drive very carefully & steady, smooth journey for us as a premium trip for us. We were giving free cold drinking water as he knew we must felt hot after the visit of Safari World, very thoughtful driver. 5 stars rated for him!★

The tour guide contacted very promptly, the route of the itinerary was reasonable, the choice of attractions was also very representative, very classic, and there was a suitable time to play after the attractions. It is a very nice choice for not familiar with the traffic route and not wanting to bother to do the strategy. Very recommended!
