The tour guide was great BUT be aware the time you choose for the tour will likely move. The castle doesn’t open until 10am so if you choose a tour time prior, it will move. I had chosen 8:45 (unaware of the opening time) and NONE of the emails they sent made it clear my time had changed to 9:45. I honestly didn’t even notice the difference since the tickets, app and all emails still said 8:45. I was up at 6am to make the 8:45 time and had to call to figure out why the guide wasn’t there. The tour and guide were excellent, but if the time had been move later it would have conflicted with another tour I had scheduled.Trip.com picks
