What I liked most was the guide's explanation in Florence and Alima's support before boarding the train. What I liked least was the lack of signage to find the meeting point; we wasted a lot of time looking for it. There was only a letter-sized sheet of paper on top of an ATM at the kiosk.

We had the excellent tour guide Galya. She shared so much interesting information about the artists and their work that it made it all come alive. She speaks clearly and at a good pace and welcomed our questions - super knowledgeable. However, all the guides should use ‘headset microphones’ that keeps the microphone close to their mouth. The current mic picks up too much background noise

Enzo was fantastic. He took us up into the Florence hills to see the city from a spectacular vantage point. He explained many details about the ancient city and it's large collection of artists and engineers. We saw Galileo's home and where he last lived under house arrest and the convent his daughters served in. He was great. The tours was a nice length and we got to see the sunset at Michaelangelo square. One of the best tours in Florence for sure.

Most of the most interesting activities were included. Unfortunately, we had to pick up our tickets at the office each time using our vouchers. That took time.
