Mobile or paper ticket accepted
Our guides will be waiting for you next to the fountain in Plaza de la Encarnación (also known as Las Setas), holding a blue umbrella or wearing a Seville Guides & Tours name tag.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour starts to ensure a smooth check-in.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
