Minimum age to join the Tour is 10 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that by city laws the minimum age to ride a Segway is 14 years old. For underaged riders we provide e-bikes suited for children (price remains the same).
Minimum weight for Segway riders is 45 kg (100 lbs) and the maximum is 120 kg (265 lbs).
The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the Tour.
In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
May be operated by a multi-lingual guide.
The Tour Operates in all weather conditions, please dress according to the time of year you are traveling. In case of rain we provide raincoats. In case of severe weather, the option of an alternative date and time will be given.
Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.
Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
