Reviews: 3-Hour Tongatapu East Coast and Anahulu Cave Tour

My Teta Tours guides, Tapu & Dave (the driver) arrived early and patiently waited for me to check out of my hotel. Their enthusiasm and professional attitudes were evident from the start and they even asked me if I needed anything from the city centre (so they could drive me there) before we drove to the east coast! Talk about fantastic customer service!! A+! Tapu's excellent knowledge of Tongan history was superb and her story-telling about Tongan folklore had me captivated! She answered my many questions and took the time to explain the significance of all the beautiful landmarks we visited. Dave was great too - very kind, patient and drove safely and made sure we could get as close as possible for easier access. He was even kind enough to make a quick non-scheduled stop when I asked him so I could take photos of a stunning beach! I honestly didn't want this tour to end - the Tongan East coast was absolutely stunning, a true paradise with so many interesting people & places to see. And Tapu and Dave made this experience so much more memorable & wonderful. I recommend this tour + company whole-heartedly and I can't wait to come back already!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor start to our tour with mass communication and coordination problems and faulty tour buses with no air conditioning. We were first crammed into a 12 seater bus with no windows except the front driver and passenger and there was no A/C. I complained to the driver and tour operator main lady but received limited concern from them as they tried to figure out how to handle our complaint, but also many others complained. Finally we were put into a van with a lady driver and Sara as our Tour Guide as a last minute chance to continue this tour without having to cancel altogether and demand a refund. So the company needs to fix the buses with Air Conditioning. Many cruise passengers are older on this ship and travelling for long periods without comfortable transportation will continue to give you bad reviews. We decided to not give a bad review since we were very happy with our guide and driver but that may have been because we complained and refused to leave.
Reviews: Forbidden City,Treasure Museum Small Group Tour (Optional English,Spanish,Russian Guide)

The tour includes an entrance ticket to the Forbidden City and the Treasure Museum. Your ticket is tied to your passport! Don't forget it. There were 10 of us in our group. Entry through the main southern gate was quick. Pick up your bag for the morning after 9 a.m. The tour lasts about 4 hours. The grounds are so vast that you won't be able to see everything. We visited all the main halls and the gates leading to them, the chambers of Empress Dowager Cixi, the Treasure Museum, and exited through the North Gate. Unfortunately, no one is allowed inside the halls, and it's difficult to see much through the half-open doors and dirty glass. The Treasure Museum was incredibly crowded, so we couldn't get a good look. Chinese New Year was probably a factor. The tour was well organized. Our guide, Alina, was very responsive and helped us not only with the tour but also with other pressing questions. However, I personally missed more detailed historical facts (which is why I took the tour, as audio guides often fail during independent exploration).
Reviews: Special offer - 1-day tour to Safari World Bangkok|Pick-up & drop-off at the hotel|Ticket included|Private car garden tour

The safari park is mainly about the shows; the other animals are similar to the Nanning Zoo, just better organized. It's quite far from the city center, so hiring a car is highly recommended! Chimelong might have better infrastructure (I haven't been). If you have ample time while in Bangkok, consider visiting. When it's crowded, a backpack is usually sufficient, especially with children. Backpacks are generally not checked, so you can bring water and snacks. I recommend buying the package that includes a buffet; there are water fountains inside, and the food is decent (group meals). Water inside the park costs 30 baht, while outside it's only 5 baht. There are cafes and bakeries. The shows are good—the dolphins are decent, the elephants are good, and the orangutans are hilarious. There's live elephant painting; a large painting sells for 1000 baht and sells out quickly. Elephant riding is only 300 baht, worthwhile, and you can take photos with the elephants for free—very cool. The travel agency did a great job; they created a WeChat group, making communication with the driver easy. Our local driver, Boss, was very talkative, though a bit slow to warm up. We chatted using Google Translate the whole way back, which was great; it gave us a different perspective on Thailand. The only downside was the traffic in the city. It took us about an hour and a half to get there in the morning and over two hours to get back in the evening. As for tickets, a package deal is 1500 baht on-site. Children under 100cm get free admission and a buffet. Including transportation, this package is incredibly good value! Highly recommended!
Reviews: Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort day tour in Hokkaido, Japan - beginner and advanced slopes, optional instructor package

Round-trip bus service, tour guide Nana provided excellent explanations. The ski resort is much better than those in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions of China. High value for money, recommended.
