Eligibility

Adult: 7 years old and above

Children below 6 years & 1.10 meter height will be considered as child and entry will be FREE of cost. Children 6 years and above will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.

How to use

After confirming your booking, we will send your voucher to the email address you provided. To learn how to use your voucher, please check the usage instructions included in the email. Please note that the voucher only applies to the traveler groups mentioned in the booking options. Any other traveler groups are not eligible for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies

Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.

The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.

Important note

Please make a note that mobile vouchers are not accepted on this tour.
You are required to carry a hard copy of the ticket at the time of your tour. It needs to be presented at the counter.
A Photo Id will be required at the boarding point for the identification.
This ticket is valid for the Palm Monorail only.
A one-way ticket is valid for either side.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-resalable and non-exchangeable for any other promotion, discount or ticket
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services
The Pointe Station will not be accessible (getting off and boarding) from 1st August, 2023 until further notice.. For those booking Day Pass for Palm Monorail giving access to all stations will still work for all 4 stations except the Pointe station
