The boat itself is good. It has air conditioning. We bought a ticket for 1:00 PM, but the departure was at 3:00 PM. We had to spend three hours in the heat at the very small port, practically on the dock. If we'd known about the delay, we would have spent our time elsewhere. The departure time was pushed back an hour, then 49 minutes, 20... the reason is clear: not many people go from Nusa Penida to the Gili Islands. It's probably better to go via Padang Bay. Or buy a ticket for 2:00 PM. My badge was changed three times.

We did the 3-day/2-night trek to Mount Rinjani, and it was an incredible and unforgettable experience from beginning to end! A very friendly driver picked us up in Mataram and took us to the Eco Villa for an overnight stay (included). The place is charming, and we had a great time chatting with the staff the evening before our trek. The owner also explained the itinerary for the next few days. On the morning of our trek, our guide, Fahri, met us at the Eco Villa to introduce himself. From the very first moment, we knew we were in good hands. We then went to pick up our two porters, Ecal and Manggun, who were very friendly and welcoming. We all then set off together towards Sembalum to begin the trek. It's a physically demanding trek, but it's absolutely worth it! From start to finish, we were accompanied by our amazing guide and the two incredibly hard-working porters. The food was prepared by the team, everything was authentic and delicious. The service was always impeccable, with attentive staff. We enjoyed generous portions, plenty of fresh fruit, cookies, coffee—in short, everything served with a smile by our team! Our guide always took the time to light a small candle for our meals, which was very charming! We also slept very well in our tents with good sleeping bags. I was worried about being cold, but on the contrary, we slept really well. After our three long days of trekking, we all returned to the Eco Villa and enjoyed our last lunch, served by the team, before heading back to our next destination by transport, once again with a very friendly driver. I really have nothing negative to say; we had an incredible experience. I recommend this trek with this company to anyone whose health allows it. The landscapes are magnificent, and we will never forget these three days! Thank you to the whole team, from the friendly drivers and warm staff at the Eco Villa to the kind owner, our incredible guide, and the impressive porters!! 😊🙏🏻

The trip was very comfortable. There was air conditioning, comfortable seats with plenty of legroom, and no smell of gasoline in the cabin. If we were feeling a little cold from the air conditioning, we went out onto the roof to warm up in the sun (so be sure to bring a jacket and a cape). Water was provided. The boat is large, so the waves aren't as noticeable as on a smaller Lada. The website says departure at 9:00 AM, but in reality, you need to arrive at the company office by 8:00 AM, which is near the port, to pick up your tickets. It's best to wait in a cafe near the office until 9:00 AM until check-in closes. We all go to the port together, check in our luggage, and sit wherever we want. We set sail at around 9:40 AM. We arrived in Gili Trawangan by 11:30 AM. Overall, I recommend it.

A huge and new ferry, there was a disco on the upper deck, and as a bonus we saw dolphins along the way.
