Product details

Cotai Water Jet currently operates 11 high-speed catamarans that shuttle between Hong Kong and Macau, each with a capacity of over 400 passengers and a speed of approx. 42 knots per hour. The service provides direct round-trip routes between Macau Taipa and Hong Kong Sheung Wan, offering essential transportation options for travelers and Macau residents. Sands China Ltd. has entrusted Chu Kong Passenger Transport Co., Ltd. to manage and operate Cotai Water Jet.

Each booking includes 2 one-way Boat Tickets for TurboJET (Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal to Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal) with open seating.
All personal expenses and expenses not mentioned in the inclusions
Eligibility
Adult: 1 year old and above
Children under 1 year old (not occupying a seat) can board for free.
How to use
After successful booking, a PDF format e-ticket will be sent to the email address you provided when booking. Please keep it properly. On the day of visit, please present the e-ticket at the gate and scan the QR code on it for entry.
 
To allow sufficient time for staff to assist with verifying required entry documents, passengers are advised to enter the boarding gate 30 min before departure. Boarding gates will close 10 min prior to departure.

Note: It takes 15–25 min to walk from the immigration checkpoint to the tourist bus parking lot. Please allow sufficient time to avoid missing your boat no.
Change & cancellation policies
A fee of AED 14.11 per item will be charged for cancellations requested before 04:20 on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 04:20 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
  • The boat ticket is only valid for the specified date and flight on the voucher and will be invalid after expiration.
  • This voucher is only valid as proof for exchanging a boat ticket and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, resold, or transferred.
  • All booking details are subject to the TurboJET computer ticketing system.
  • All tickets in the same booking must be redeemed at once, and each ticket redemption code can only be used once.
  • Boat tickets exchanged with this voucher cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Boat tickets will not be reissued if lost or stolen.
  • This voucher will be voided if its content is altered or damaged without the company's consent.
  • All services are subject to the passenger and baggage carriage terms and conditions of Golden Sunshine Ferry Limited.
  • Each passenger can carry one piece of hand luggage not exceeding 20 kg in weight and 56 × 36 × 23 cm in size.
  • Golden Star Ferry Limited reserves the right to limit the number of vouchers used on each flight and to terminate this service without prior notice.
  • In case of any disputes, Golden Ferry Company Limited reserves the right of final decision.
