Reviews: Cotai Water Jet Ferry Ticket - One Way (Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal → Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal)
Guest User2026-01-25
The journey was quick, efficient, and pleasant. The major drawback was the staff's level of English, as well as the friendliness of some of them.
Reviews: One-way Cotai Water Jet Boat Ticket (Hong Kong Sheung Wan - Macau Taipa) [Official Ticket Issuance by Cotai Water Jet]

CotaiWaterJet is a great way to get to and from Macau. Much better and more comfortable than the red ships. The seats on the boat were very soft. Everything was on schedule. I recommend it.
Reviews: Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau cross-border private charter pick-up and drop-off [Guangdong/Macau/Hong Kong three-license commercial vehicle direct one-stop service]

Our family of five traveled from Hong Kong to Macau and chose a cross-border car rental service between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau through Ctrip. After placing the order, the company created a group chat to discuss our needs and confirm the itinerary. The next day, driver Ivan Cheong picked us up from our hotel on time. The car was spacious, clean, and tidy, and he patiently introduced us to the scenery along the way. It was a very comfortable ride, and the dual-license plates made border crossing a breeze, so we didn't have to worry about anything. He safely and smoothly took us to our hotel in Macau. We will definitely choose this company again for our next trip.
Reviews: [Couple Discount] One-way Cotai Water Jet Boat Ticket (Macau Taipa - Hong Kong Sheung Wan) [Official Ticket Issuance]

Fairly easy to book. Just go to the ferry and show them the qr and they will print a ticket for you. The ferry is clean and fast. But not for people with seasick. The waves can get quite rough and the whole journey is bumpy.
Reviews: TurboJet Ferry Day Boat Ticket - One-way (Hong Kong Sheung Wan to/from Macau Outer Harbour)
Guest User2026-02-02
Everything was great: fast customs clearance, quick boarding, a 50-minute journey, and the same easy immigration process in Macau. The boat barely rolls at sea, eliminating seasickness. The seats are soft and comfortable. The price is about the same as a bus, but the journey is shorter and easier. The catamaran's speed is around 80 km/h.

The easiest way to get to Macau is by ferry. We quickly found the right pier and followed the signs. We were in Macau in just an hour. The ferry itself was very comfortable, and we chose our seats on the spot.
