The tour is a great opportunity to get to know Prague quickly, definitely even in the rain. It was described as wheelchair accessible – this refers exclusively to folding wheelchairs, which was immediately corrected in the description! We were able to participate in the tour because the staff immediately provided a child seat! The team was very quick to rectify the situation!★

The entrance to Prague Castle was crowded, so I was glad I was able to buy tickets in advance. Even so, there was a line of people with tickets (as they entered one at a time). It seemed like tickets could be purchased on the day for other attractions. The audio guide on my smartphone was good, but it consumed a lot of data and battery, so I would have preferred renting a different device. Therefore, I deducted one star.★
