Unfortunately, our departure was delayed by more than 45 minutes due to a traffic accident, but thankfully the local guide managed to catch up with the schedule once we were on the road. Our guide, Peter, deserves a special mention. He’s an excellent storyteller, with strong bilingual skills in both Mandarin and English. His commentary was informative, entertaining, and really brought each stop to life. That said, the traffic congestion throughout the day caused us to miss out on fully enjoying some key highlights. We couldn’t explore the Red Brick Warehouse since it closed at 7:00 PM, and we were also disappointed to miss the Ramen Museum, which closed at 6:00 PM. By the time we reached Yokohama, most attractions were already shut. Luckily, we still managed to catch the return cable car ride, which was a nice way to wrap up the day.

A day must be reserved for the ancient capital, the coast, and the small town where Zen charm meets nature. 🌊Enoshima's breathtaking views of the blue sky and azure sea from different angles are truly soothing [love]. With a little luck, you might even see Mount Fuji. 🗻Explore the natural caves carved by waves, known as Iwaya, said to be the birthplace of local beliefs. Light a candle and search for the stone Buddha statue, the sound of waves and the echo of the rock walls mingling in your ears... 🏀Slam Dunk fangirl remake🎬Classic scene - Kamakura High School and in front of Kamakura High School. 🚉The Enoden Electric Railway🚃passes the Shonan coast... Since you're here, why not see the national treasure, the bronze Great Buddha of Kamakura, too? The tour guide was also very enthusiastic, explaining Japanese living standards, housing prices, employment, and other aspects along the way...

I booked a day trip to Kamakura for my parents, and they were extremely satisfied and had a wonderful time! Although the Tokyo sightseeing bus tour was cancelled, they received a refund of one-third of the tour fee, and I even took them to see Tokyo Tower! The two elderly people specifically asked me to give a special shout-out to our tour guide, Xiao Hui! She was patient and meticulous throughout the trip and even helped us find an authentic eel restaurant. Thank you so much!


