If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

- We only provide transfer service in Nha Trang city center. Travelers staying at resorts/hotels in Pham Van Dong Street, Vinh Hai Ward, Vinh Hoa Ward, Vinh Luong Ward, Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Cam Ranh/Long Beach (Bai Dai), or other locations outside Nha Trang city center will need to pay an additional fee for the transfer service. Otherwise, they will need to travel to Incense Tower on their own.

- Travelers can collect and drop off at the cruise port for airport drop-off.

- We will contact you via WhatsApp/Line/Zalo/Viber/WeChat/KakaoTalk... so please provide us with the correct number/account ID.
