We had an awesome trip. Mr.Andrew from Leo’s private tour was excellent, he was on time, polite, and helpful with both buying tickets at Gubei and providing info on what to do there, and timing of events to ensure we got the best out of the trip. The car was spacious and comfortable. The Great Wall at Simatai is spectacular, and Gubei is an interesting town to visit with many things to do. The water fountain light show and the drone shows in the evening were really cool. (We requested for 1pm hotel pick up which allows allowed us to spend the evening at Gubei. We got back to the hotel at 10:30).

Overall, Ba Na Hills is a highly recommended attraction. We were lucky; the sun was shining brightly throughout, the itinerary was conveniently coordinated, the driver was punctual, and customer service provided e-tickets, giving us a lot of freedom in choosing which activities to participate in. Customer service was online throughout the trip to answer our questions. However, there wasn't much Chinese-speaking staff on the mountain, so finding specific spots was a bit difficult. The buffet lunch had a wide selection and good value. After descending the mountain, we discussed with the driver whether we could be taken to a Go supermarket to end the trip. The driver was very responsible and informed customer service that it was okay, saving us the trouble of leaving from the hotel – very thoughtful. It's perfect for those who want a slower pace and a more relaxed experience. A great trip!

Wonderful day tour to Yehliu, Jiufen & Shifen Old Street. We had so much fun throughout the journey—the scenery was beautiful, the streets were charming, and the experience was memorable. Our tour guide was super helpful, friendly, and made everything smooth and enjoyable. We skipped the pastry making and went back on our own coz we wanted to stay longer in Jiufen. We hopped on the train went back to taipei on our own. Overall trip was managed professionally. Highly recommended!


