Reviews: Bayeux: Normandy D-Day Landing Beaches Full-Day Guided Tour
Guest User2026-02-20
The trip was great! The itinerary was very thoughtfully planned. The guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. I asked tougher questions than most, but he was ready for them all. There are attractions we drive by that were not mentioned, and the American cemetery wasn't mentioned in the itinerary, so I was pleasantly surprised to find out we got to see them. As a former 2-506 soldier, this tour was a very special experience!

Raymond was an outstanding guide — knowledgeable, engaging, and very respectful of the history. The D-Day sites were incredibly moving, and the day was perfectly organized. Lunch was great and timing was smooth. Highly recommend this tour!
Reviews: From Paris: Mont Saint Michel Day Trip with a Guide
Guest User2026-02-21
The bus ride took quite a while, but that can't be helped. As we only had an English guide, we didn't have time to ask the guide for details such as where to meet up on the way back, so we spent too much time sightseeing and asking people in our group about our free time. By the time we got to the main event, a late lunch omelet, it was already full, so we had no choice but to give up. If there's another chance, we'll definitely do it! Unfortunately, we weren't used to it and didn't know what to do, and the wind was surprisingly strong. Surprising.
Reviews: 1-Day Tour to Mont Saint-Michel in France (Abbey Admission Ticket + Optional Multilingual Guide + Round-Trip from Paris)

I highly recommend people take this instead of the self-guided audio tour. It makes a lot of difference. The guide shared a lot of stories with the site. It was a way more insightful tour that an audio device can't replace.
