How to use
Mobile or paper ticket accepted
When checking in at the Pier C Gate entrance in Kewalo Harbor 15 min before departure our guide will ask for the lead traveler's name to confirm the reservation. Please have reservation details on hand incase future confirmation is needed.

Please arrive early incase there is traffic. Our guides will come out to meet you at the gate. Waivers will be signed prior to boarding.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
