Reviews: Florence: Pasta & Tiramisu Cooking Class with Unlimited Wine

Alessandro was a fanTASTIC chef/guide! We had a blast! Our original time needed to be rescheduled 30 minutes earlier. I informed the tour that we could, but it was going to be a tight connection, as we were coming from Rome, there was 9 of us, we needed to check in to two different hotels and then make the class. We were a few minutes late, but Alessandro welcomed us with a huge smile, complimented my hat & pins, served us some Prosecco & started the class. He was absolutely fantastic with my 8 year old daughter Alianna & appointed her his sous chef. There were 6 of us in our personal group, plus 6 others. We started with the history of tiramisu, then made it & set it aside for later. Then we started making the dough. We made spinach ricotta ravioli’s (the spinach ricotta was already made) then made our fettuccine. We were sat while chef cooked our sauces. The ravioli was paired with a lemon sage sauce that was delicious, & fettuccini w/ a ragu. Delicious! Would absolutely do again!
