I have a very long review to write, but Shafik deserves it! We had a wonderful day with truly exceptional people, especially our driver, Shafik. He taught us so much and made us feel like part of the family. He protected us and showed us all the beauty this land has to offer, always listening to the opinions of the whole group. So valuable, entertaining and delicious. We learned so much and actually ended up buying a tagine to bring home so we can practice what we learned in our own kitchen! Such an incredible variety of dishes and spices and the tea class was so special as well 💕 fantastic chefs. highly recommend.
