Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Itinerary connection notice: Due to significant weather impact on skydiving activities, the scheduled skydiving time may change for safety reasons. We recommend reserving the entire day and avoiding booking flights or other itineraries on the same day. If you need to connect with a flight, we suggest booking a self-drive package. For packages including transfers, the return time depends on the operator's actual schedule and may be late. To avoid missing your flight, we recommend taking a taxi back if you need to connect with a flight.

95kg ≤ weight < 104kg, overweight fee $50 per person
Passengers weighing 105kg–114kg will be charged an excess weight fee of AUD75 per person.
Weight ≥115 kg, overweight fee $100 per person, not exceeding 120 kg
Visitors weighing over 105kg will require additional assessment by our drop zone safety officer or administrator due to seatbelt size limitations, weather conditions, and safety reasons to determine participation eligibility.
Age requirements
Not available to those under 16
Participants aged 16–17 must be accompanied by a guardian on the day of participation.
There is no upper age limit for skydiving, but participants must be in good health. A simple health test will be conducted on the day of the activity to ensure your physical suitability for skydiving. We reserve the right to cancel your participation.
Health notice
Do not consume alcohol or medication within 8 hours before the skydiving activity. Please ensure no alcohol or sleep-inducing drugs are taken 8 hours prior to skydiving.
Guests with conditions such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, or severe myopia, as well as pregnant women, are not recommended to participate in skydiving. Please do not conceal your medical history and participate blindly.
[Travel Notice] This activity involves high risks. Please purchase relevant travel insurance on your own.
[Itinerary Adjustment] Weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances may affect skydiving altitude. The operator reserves the right to adjust the aircraft model used on the day. Sometimes, aircraft model changes and air traffic control (ATC) may lead to adjustments in skydiving altitude and participant quantity. The operator reserves the right to reschedule your skydiving time.
[Photos & Videos] Skydiving photos & videos can be purchased at your own expense.
[Dress code] Please wear loose, casual clothing and sneakers. Avoid collared shirts (such as dress shirts) and do not wear flip-flops. During colder months, bring a warm sweater or cardigan. Skydiving attire and goggles will be provided. Do not wear any gold or silver jewelry, and personal GoPros are not allowed.
[Accompanying personnel] Accompanying individuals should wait in the waiting area, nearby café, or restaurant and must not follow participants into the aircraft parking zone.
[Travel Tips] Avoid deep underwater activities within 12 hours before or after the activity.
[Shooting differences] GoPro shooting vs. third-party shooting comparison:
**GoPro Handheld Camera:** Professional instructors will wear a GoPro strapped to their wrists to film the jumper, similar to a selfie stick, clearly recording the entire skydiving process: boarding, takeoff, exiting the aircraft, freefall, parachute deployment, and landing. The instructor will follow throughout, capturing every expression on the jumper's face.
Third-party filming: In addition to the skydiving instructor, there is another photography instructor who uses a GoPro mounted on their helmet to provide one-on-one full-coverage filming. The entire skydiving process can be recorded from a third-person perspective, capturing panoramic footage of the participant's experience—except for the moments when the parachute is deployed and floating in the air.
