1: The driving time for Australian routes is relatively long. If you have a history of motion sickness, be sure to take precautions, such as preparing motion sickness medication and*******bags in advance. If vomiting occurs in the vehicle, a cleaning fee of AUD 200 will apply due to the high labor costs in Australia. Your understanding is appreciated.

2: Remember to check your personal belongings before getting out of the car after the trip ends. Once the driver leaves, they won't be able to answer calls. If you leave anything behind, you may need to use Uber to retrieve it or pay for its return, starting from AUD 50. So be sure to double-check that you haven't left any personal items in the vehicle.

3: Each guest is required to pay a service fee of AUD 5 to the driver-guide on the same day.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 6 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 95% will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
