The driver and leader Thomas was very responsible. He emailed us two days in advance to wait in the hotel lobby at 7:00 in the morning and asked if we needed to prepare lunch boxes. The car arrived 5 minutes in advance on the day of departure. A van full of eight of our tourists arrived at the destination smoothly. Thomas handed us over to the English guide at Auschwitz and told us to go to the bathroom first, where there are fewer people, and then we followed the tour guide to the attraction. Set aside 15 minutes at noon, everyone returns to the car to eat, and then continue to visit the second camp. For people who like history, this is a visit with a deep experience.  The return trip was also very smooth, and it was sent directly back to the hotel. ★

Would really recommend this tour company and trip. We was nervous after seeing and hearing lots of bad stories about trying to get to Aushwitz and getting tickets but this trip had everything sorted and provided. Was picked up at the exact time they told us and no waiting when at Aushwitz, we was given a ticket and straight into the museum to meet a guide. We was taken straight to Birkenau after. Just be mindful about booking a time slot, it’s most likely subject to change. We booked 9:00am but was picked up at 6:00am. Definitely recommend!★

Exceptional and poignant day - I defy anyone not to get something meaningful out of it. The service provided by Mr Shuttle was great and our driver and tour guides were fabulous. Picks ups and drop offs were easy and on time. It’s a full on day but well worthwhile. The beautiful snow made it even more memorable.★

Amazing experience, Auschwitz tour with the best guide who walked us through most things in Auschwitz in 1hr 30 minutes, keep in mind this is the standard tour there are longer ones, but we still got to see all the main parts. Salt mine was our favourite part of the whole holiday, would definitely book★

Driver was great. Communicated clearly, have useful tips and kept the day moving. He accommodated the older guests with care and I would reccomend this tour to anyone visiting Krakow
