You can hop-on the bus at any of the City Sightseeing stops.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Know in advance:

your ticket will have a 12-month validity starting from the date of purchase
your mobile voucher will be accepted at all of the City Sightseeing stops
the tour runs from 9.08 am to 4.38 pm (last departure) from Stop 1 - Exhibition Square, every 15 minutes
the audio guide is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Yorkshire Dialect (live commentary in English)
