Reviews: Reykjavik: Guided Folklore Walking Tour

our guide, Mattias was really friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. He told us stories about elves, trolls and the Yule Lads interwoven with some of the viking history associated with Reykjavik. The local folklore is macabre and weird and fantastically entertaining. Can't recommend enough.

Guide was very knowledgeable about Nordic/Icelandic folklore. I loved listening to his stories. It was a little cool walking but we enjoyed the walk. I would recommend this tour.

This was a fun tour! The guide was very entertaining and his stories were interesting. I totally believe in Elves now. The tour included a walk thru a cemetery and some of the "regular" residential areas of Reykjavik. We were 3 adults, this is not a kids tour.
