Reviews/Trip Moments

Reviews: Northern Lights Hunting Experience from Reykjavik, Iceland [Includes Hot Cocoa/Free Transfer/Aurora Guide]
Guest User2026-02-22
I joined the tour on the first night after arriving in Iceland. Luckily, it was a beautiful sunny day, so I was able to see the Northern Lights! The hot chocolate was delicious, too! If I had to say something negative, the bus was about 10 minutes late (which is normal overseas, so I guess it's within the realm of acceptability), and since buses from various tour companies stop at the bus stop where the tour was held, you have to make sure which bus is for your tour.
Reviews: Iceland helicopter tour to explore volcanic wonders (Hengill volcano/overview of eruption zone/optional volcanic wonders + round-trip from Reykjavik)
Guest User2026-04-01
The entire flight trip was excellent value, but the so-called overseas service representative from Ctrip was completely clueless and inexplicably contacted me a day in advance to ask if I wanted to change it to the day before. When I asked if round-trip transfers were included, she only told me to check the helicopter service provider's confirmation and call the airport myself to confirm. Booking on the helicopter website would have the same price, and I wouldn't have needed this unnecessary intermediary. I don't understand why Ctrip provides such an unnecessary service.
Reviews: Iceland Vatnajökull Glacier Skaftafell Falljökull Hike or Climbing or Blue Ice Cave Jeep Experience Options
Guest User2025-08-02
I had many booking channels, but ultimately chose Ctrip because their Black Diamond membership makes communication easier with any issues. The visit itself was fine; three hours was about right—just enough time to experience and see what the glacier was like. It was pretty good, and the photos turned out quite well.
Reviews: Whale watching in Reykjavik, Iceland with optional departures from Snæfellsnes, Akureyri, Húsavík, or Dalvík (choose between cruise, speedboating, or audio guide)
Guest User2025-08-21
It was a fun activity, and the kids loved it. However, the whales were quite far away. If you want to see them up close, you'll need to take a speedboat.
