The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Champagne! Our driver/guide was very friendly. The tour was set up to take us to two wineries Family owned & a larger more corporate entity. Perfect. Both tours were terrific! We also made a couple of other stops which was lovely as well. I highly recommend this tour! Additionally it was small group...8 of us which was Super!

Exactly as advertised. Guide was excellent. We were upgraded to a guided tour as.we booked a non-guided and that was great. still had plenty of time to walk around on our own.

This tour was AMAZING! We learned so much history, of course ate some amazing food and our tour guide, Louie, was fantastic! We really enjoyed this tour and would recommend it for anyone interested in tasting some delicious foods!
