Took the boat from North Greenwich pier after going on the cable car. Took the boat to Westminster. Great views and you see lots of great landmarks. Clean comfortable and quick. Brilliant and very good value for money.★

Fantastic Thames cruise! It's a shame we didn't have time to go all the way to Greenwich, but seeing the riverside monuments and hearing explanations and anecdotes was great. We highly recommend this activity. The only downside was that we thought we could disembark on the other side of the river to visit The Shard, but that wasn't possible. So we had to take an Uberboat (€13.40 per person, a bit pricey for our liking for a 3-minute crossing), but that wasn't the cruise company's fault.★

Book early, it's such a great deal! Because I hadn't done my research, I bought a separate ticket for the West End musical, which alone cost over $300. It was included in the package. If I had done my research, I could have started with breakfast at 8 am, followed by the Big Bus, the cruise, and afternoon tea – doubling my money's worth!★

Nice way to get around, especially to see the famous monuments and stay dry when it’s raining. Also, less famous places and monuments are pointed out in the audio recording, which is nice to know.
The drivers and staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. And it was not too crowded in January :-)
We started at Victoria, got off at Westminster, walked across the bridge and used the indicated WC at Waterloo Station, then walked up to and across Tower Bridge (passing the HMS Belfast), and finished with the 15 min boat cruise back to Westminster.
Thanks to Mark and Bill for making this happen!!! 😊
