The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. We did the Colosseum and Underground tour with David as our guide, and it was absolutely fantastic. David was incredibly informative, explaining the history in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. His knowledge really brought the Colosseum to life, especially when we visited the underground areas – it felt like stepping back in time. David kept the whole group involved, answered all of our questions, and made the experience so much more enjoyable. We learned so much and never felt rushed. David has a very good sense of humour. Would definitely recommend this tour (and David!) to anyone visiting Rome – it’s a must-do experience.
