Our trip was very good, we had Costas as our guide and they were exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about all cities and was funny as well. We were upset that we paid for a lunch option but we had to go somewhere else for lunch since we did not have a reservation like promised★

We had the sweetest tour guide ever! There were seven people on our tour and Arantxa kept referring to us as her family, adding personal anecdotes and philosophical perspectives which contributed to the overall enjoyment of the day. The pace was relaxed and the break for lunch/free time was the perfect length to explore the narrow cobblestone streets of the old town. It is obvious that Arantxa is a well-respected guide in Toledo as she was warmly greeted at various stops. She even recognized a pair of pickpockets posing as tourists and promptly pulled out her phone to report their location by text message to the police. Shortly after, she advised us that the pair had been picked up by the authorities. As for knowledge of history, art and architecture, Arantxa was an excellent teacher and pointed out details that we would easily have missed if we tried to tour Toledo on our own. I like that Fun & Tickets supplies headphones to all participants as we can clearly hear what is being said.★

It was a great trip from the beginning to the end. Transportation was very comfortable, the driver was very good and the guide was very prepared, structured and professional. Arantxa knows a lot about the city history, monuments and important characters and was great in explaining to us about it. It was formidable.
