Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00, 8 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

In case of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made by 8:00 PM local time one day before departure, followed by email notification.

If the coach determines that diving is not possible due to weather conditions on the day, you can reschedule for free or receive a full refund after deducting the service fee.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to avoid delays.
You must wait more than 24 to 48 hours after diving before taking a flight. Please take special note of this.
The photo files from the experience will be provided via a cloud link.
Please arrive on time at the meeting time on your booking date. Being late for more than 30 minutes will be considered as forfeiting the experience.
Please bring your own swimwear, change of clothes, toiletries, and towels.
The dive locations are not fixed each time. The instructor will determine the route based on the day's weather, sea conditions, and participants' skill levels.
A water dispenser is available on-site. Please bring your own container and eco-friendly utensils.
Individuals with conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, or those who are pregnant must present a doctor's certificate confirming their fitness for diving before participating. Those with colds, sinusitis, or a history of eardrum injuries/surgeries, as well as individuals with past back or leg injuries/surgeries, must also provide a doctor's certificate stating "no restrictions for scuba diving activities" to be deemed valid for participation.
