How to use
Please select the ski resort ticket you wish to redeem before the day of use and generate a QR code.
The generated QR code can be cancelled at any time and a new ski resort can be selected.
Please redeem your ticket at the ski resort where you chose to generate the QR code.
Please scan the QR code on the electronic voucher at the automatic ticket machine to receive your ticket.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
No cancellation or refund will be accepted for any reason after redeeming the cable car ticket.
cable car tickets (IC cards) cannot be reissued if they are damaged or lost.
If the QR code cannot be generated or the ticket vending machine cannot be used due to a malfunction, please go to the ski resort service window to redeem it.
