The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip. They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great. We would recommend them to friends and family.

The overall itinerary is the same as described in the product description, but this itinerary goes to Manta Bay, and the chance of seeing a manta is about 30%. If you come specifically for the manta, you should take the Manta Point itinerary, and the chance of seeing a manta is 90%.

Great snorkeling tour, it had rained heavily that morning so the waves around manta bay were bad and we couldn’t go snorkel with manta rays. That was too bad, but out of their control. They took us to a different spot and we saw turtles instead! Great price, nice boat, great guides and equipment.

Snorkelling was beautiful. If you’re on the fence, just book it you won’t regret it. Wayan, our tour leader, was very attentive and his whole team took really good care of us. They were professional, friendly and you could tell they’ve had lots of experience doing this. And staff were all happy. You know employees are happy when they are taken care of and if made a huge difference to the atmosphere of the day. Wayan made sure to go out of the way to check for better snorkelling places when the winds got wares and the ocean choppy and dangerous. Kayaking was fun too but I would highly recommend the snorkelling for sure.

We did snorkeling at 3 different locations. The locations were very beautiful but unfortunately we didn’t see any mantas or turtles. Just some fish. So if your aim is to see manta’s check the weather conditions and ask your guide about them accordingly. Also basically everyone on the boat got sick so if you’re prone to sea sickness this might not be the trip for you. Or make sure bring medication. The food included was also lovely!!


