The tour guide was excellent.
Reviews: Reykjavik: Northern Lights Adventure Tour with Hot Chocolate

The tour was an unbelievable experience. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and helpful to find the lights and best experience of seeing them. We were lucky enough to see them a few times. And the hot chocolate was a lovely touch and super warming whilst waiting for the lights to come back out to play!
Reviews: Reykjavik: LAVA SHOW - Immersive Experience Entry Ticket

The lava show itself and the guides were excellent. Our only concern was with the upgraded seating and additional behind the scenes look. Viewing the furnace, while neat if the engineering interests you, isn’t much to look at. It’s a furnace. The extra behind the scenes was a couple minute video about the furnace. We probably would’ve enjoyed being closer on the first floor rather than in the balcony as well. That said, the extra cost gets you a beverage and a souvenir piece of lava (also available in the gift shop) so there is value in the extra spend. All in all, very cool, educational, and toasty warm being so close to molten lava.
Reviews: From Reykjavik: Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach

It really couldn't have been better; it was the best tour I've ever done. Our guide, Jon, was fantastic—knowledgeable, created a great atmosphere, and had everything under control. The bus driver also did a great job, even on such a long journey, and we always felt safe. And then, completely unexpectedly, the Northern Lights appeared in the evening, and we had plenty of time to see and photograph them. Another wonderful surprise for me: the waterfall at night—I hadn't expected that at all (plus the Northern Lights, a dream come true).

The trip went smoothly and the driver were explaining the sightseeing through the trip. Coming back to the city we're left close to the hotel which we appreciated very much
Reviews: Iceland South Coast 1-day tour: Waterfalls, Glaciers, and Black Sand Beaches|Optional small group tour or sky hot spring

The tour guide plans the itinerary according to the weather. When it looked like it would rain, he told us to go to other attractions first, and the waterfall would be last, so we only got a little rain (the original itinerary would have left us soaked until the end). Along the way, the guide told us stories about Iceland, introduced the attractions, and reminded us of important things to note – he was incredibly kind! It was a wonderful experience! (I chose the English version!)
