How to use
The departure place is the Sihlquai Bus Station (Limmatstrasse 2), located behind the train station, in front of the Hotel Fred. You'll need to check in at the counter marked with “Best of Switzerland Tours”. Please have the QR code on your voucher ready and present it printed or electronically on your smartphone or tablet.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- A professional guide will accompany you from Zurich to Weggis and from Lucerne back to Zurich. The way up and down Mt. Rigi and the boat ride in Lucerne are unguided. For this part, you'll receive detailed, written information
- No refunds will be offered due to poor or less than ideal weather conditions
- Refunds aren't possible for last-minute tour cancellations due to flight changes or unforeseen health issues. Please consider a travel insurance before your trip to cover such situations
- From 18 to 22 Nov / 25 to 29 Nov 2024 / 10 Mar to 4 Apr 2025 / 17 to 21 Nov 2025 / 24 to 28 Nov 2025 ascent and descent is by a cogwheel train, due to aerial cable car maintenance
- During the months of March and November, tour routing and means of transport, including cable cars, may have to be unexpectedly amended - without prior notice, due to maintenance work
