An excellent tour. We arrived early to the meeting point and found the door locked. I asked the locals, and they said no one goes there. We were initially upset, but five minutes before the appointed time, our guide, Said, came over and invited us to the Maiden Tower. He also said there would be an English speaker in the group, so the tour was in two languages: Russian and English. I absolutely loved it! Firstly, the material was presented clearly and consistently, and there was immediate translation into English! Very interesting and cool! Definitely choose this tour; you won't regret it!

In Baku, it's nearly impossible to find a guide who speaks only French. I recommend this type of activity instead: you can settle comfortably wherever you like and explore the city's main sights freely, without traffic jams. There's no traffic because there are dedicated bus lanes. This bus was truly excellent: I could get off wherever I wanted to take photos and videos. Plus, thanks to the headphones, the service was available in French as well as more than 12 other languages.
