Together with my brother (both in their early 20s) did the 1.5-hour tour with Hafa. Hafa handled the tour nicely and shared all the stories and thoughts behind the sights in a fun way. Besides, it also gave some alternative because some sights were in scaffolding due to the renovations.
I would definitely recommend doing the tour.★

The large windows below were great for the view and the deck up top was beautiful with clear views. Only suggestion is for the window below to be cleaned a bit stains★
