How to use
Please contact Gray Line Las Vegas by phone or email prior to departure to confirm reservation and schedule pick up location. Pick up is available for most Las Vegas hotels on the Las Vegas Strip or Downtown.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Know in advance:
- All reservations must be confirmed 24 hours prior to travel date
- The Mercedes Sprinter is not wheelchair accessible. It's suitable only for collapsible wheelchairs
- All vehicles are DOT certified
- Service dogs are allowed to travel with correct and current paperwork
- Small oxygen tanks are allowed
- If an item has not been listed, please verify when you contact the local operator prior to departure
- If you are travelling with a child 2 and over, you must purchase a seat on the helicopter due to FAA guidelines
- Please, contact the local operator after booking to arrange your pick-up. Contacts will be provided on your voucher
- Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, the boat portion of this tour is currently not operating. Guests will instead receive a 15-minute helicopter landing next to the Colorado River
