Antonia was a fantastic host, making the class super relaxed, fun and engaging. We made some honestly incredible dishes and got to learn about the markets and also about some Greek culture and history that you wouldn’t normally hear at your typical Athens hot spots.

Overall it is definitely not cheap, but you can travel on trains around Europe as many times as you want during the period, flexible and convenient, especially for last minute travelers. Keep in mind in countries like Spain, Italy and France, the reservation fee is expensive and can add up quickly, so you need to plan ahead. Also, in most countries, the app cannot be used in the tickets gates automatically, and must seek help from staff. Hope they can improve it.★
