I honestly didn’t expect to like the Wowpass Card this much, but it turned out to be surprisingly useful. I started using it mainly for transportation and small daily payments, and it quickly became part of my routine. It’s easy to top up, easy to pay with, and I like not having to worry about cash all the time. The app is simple and does what it needs to do without being confusing. Definitely a must buy item if you are going to spend more than 3 days in Seoul. The ticket fees for each attraction point is vwry costly, so the pass will surely save your bucks. But the info on purchasing the pass, and way to reedem entry ticket is very limited on this page, you have to refer to website for more details.

Extremely convenient and easy. There were no problems communicating with the staff; we never had any issues finding someone to contact. Customer service responded promptly and resolved problems completely. They provided real-time updates on baggage pickup and arrival, and coordinated with our arrival time at the airport! Highly recommended! It frees up your hands from carrying so many bags.
