Great organisation, the big tour bus operated opposite our hotel so getting a printed ticket was straight forward after showing proof of purchase. We travelled into Central London and went straight onto the London Eye, only queued for 10 mins, the line went down very fast. The Thames cruise lasted about 30-35 mins. It was very informative and I would recommend
