How to use
No need to print the e-ticket. You can present either the mobile e-ticket or the printed e-ticket. Address: 456-486 Marine Parade, Biggera Waters
 
Please check in at least 25 minutes before the departure time.
 
No refund will be given if you are unable to participate in the itinerary due to late arrival or failure to check in.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
  • For safety reasons, children under 4 years old cannot participate in this itinerary.
  • Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the activity.
  • Please take good care of your valuables.
  • There are no restrooms or changing rooms at the point of departure.
  • Public showers are available on the beach.
  • The double kayak can support up to 220 kg, while the single kayak can bear 120 kg. Participation in this activity is not recommended if you are pregnant or have back problems.
  • This activity is subject to weather conditions and minimum participant requirements. If the minimum number of participants is not met, your booking will be rescheduled.
  • If you have asthma, diabetes, allergies, or any other medical condition, please carry appropriate medication with you. Otherwise, you may not be permitted to participate in this itinerary.
  • Recommended items to bring: towel, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, reusable water bottle, swimwear (please wear upon arrival), UV-protective clothing, change of clothes for the end of the trip, and appropriate footwear.
