Perhaps the reservation system needs some tweaking. Unfortunately, I left my phone at the hotel and couldn't access my booking confirmation. The staff were friendly, but without a confirmation, they asked me to pay again, as anyone can always claim they've already paid. I can understand their frustration, as they can't access the reservations themselves and have to charge me again. It's certainly not the first time guests have misplaced their confirmation. I was lucky because I had sent a photo of the confirmation to my friend via WhatsApp, which we then accessed thanks to a sudden flash of inspiration. But honestly, I wish I could have spared myself, our companions, and the waitress that moment of uncertainty. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay, and we'll definitely be back.Trip.com Picks
