How to use
Go to London Bridge Underground Station (game starting point). Open the app and follow the instructions. You must have downloaded the app and created an account first, using the same email you made the purchase with.
Change & cancellation policies
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 00:15 on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 00:15 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- After your booking, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download and play the game on your phone
- It's recommend that each user purchases a ticket for an optimal experience, although several people can share a phone
- Children must be accompanied by adults at all times
